Takapuna Residents Association represents the people of Takapuna, membership is open to all. We are working to make Takapuna one of the most liveable suburbs in Tamaki Makaurau.
We protect and promote the interests and welfare of Takapuna Residents
We understake advocacy work
Membership brings many benefits such as:
- Making sure that residents have a voice and an opportunity to share their views
- Keeping residents informed about issues that are happening in their neighbourhoods
- Established relationships with Local Boards, Business Associations
- Working to help protect Takapuna’s environment and green spaces
- Making submissions when required on behalf of residents to the Council and local authorities
- Providing a central platform via a TRA website where people can easily access information and receive newsletters

Who can be a member?
Any property owner or resident and family members can be members of the association.
Membership is $10 for an individual, couple or family.
